Sleep Hacks 🥱 !!
I just finished the sleep hack course! It was so informative and so many great ideas to have a restful sleep! 😴 One of the lessons on darkness, noise, lighting in your bedroom really resonated with me. I live in the country, so quiet & dark are my must have. Last year I took my clock radio off my night stand, never bring my phone to my room, and have every little tiny light covered. My husband thinks I’m being over sensitive, but all that stuff really bothered me. With my adjustments I know I sleep much better. I also sleep with ear plugs every night as the snoring noise is unbearable haha 😂 Have you ever heard that certain smells bother your sleep pattern? Asking for a friend…..

One Week Done Impressed😊
Well, I’ve got my first week down and the five days of activities. Wow there’s been some difficult days and some little easier days. Looking forward to week two should be easier now that I understand the program good feeling overall.

Definitely one step at a time, one day at a time. Maybe picking one thing everyday to accomplish, even something small, and getting it done will help motivate you to push forward. Celebrate a win everyday, it will make you feel good 😊 and that helps to keep moving forward 😁💪🙌 You got this!!
Pay It Forward
Today as I sit looking at the snow come down in southern Alberta, I was gifted a couple of things that brightened my morning! First of all I hit my Milestone of 150 workouts….WTF. Second thing came along was a message from my coach that I was the leader board winner at his Skool Community. He was to grant me a gift….. I have been working with Andrew for 7 months now and having him as my coach (in all areas physical/mental) has been a huge gift in my life. I am/will continue my journey with the support of Andrew to strive to be my best self. So my request, of my gift, was to pay it forward to another human that could benefit from working with Andrew. It is life changing in all areas of your life. You will never regret this opportunity ♥️
