Might have to book that free hour call in with ya fella 😉 discuss my current thoughts/plans.....YouTube Channel documenting my Fitness Transformation (already doing daily Vlog) with my hybrid Program (keeping me accountable which a Win) then a Membership type site where create and run monthly fitness challenges for members which comes with a guide, tracker then check in and q&a and maybe can offer a more one on one service but only be one or two clients max as this my side hustle and don't wanna over commit myself. I am PT Level 3 qualified but more importantly used and made my own transformation with Fitness and exercise the last 20 years...I have the photos to cherish lol

Love this James - those little things make all the difference. So much that goes on in our brains and arounds us and (distractions) and all about finding that time.
