Can a free community become a paid one?
If I start a community as a free community to grandfather people in, can I eventually switch it to paid? Or does it have to stay as a free community once I have selected that option?

Hi Micah, you can change the pricing of your community whenever you want. Just note that the members are grandfathered-in at the price they join so the free members will stay free forever unless you remove them from the group or they leave the group.

Convert existing monthly member to annual?
Do they have to leave group and re-enter if wanna upgrade to annual? Any "smoother" way/experience for them?

Hey @Branson Tay, the members paying monthly don't have to leave the group. They can simply go to the group settings > click "upgrade to annual" in the membership tab > click upgrade to confirm and they'll be upgraded. 😊

PRICE POINT CHANGE?
I am pretty sure this question was probably asked a few times. if I raise the price, can I get the OG's stay at the old price or it goes up for everyone? Grandfathered in clause. Who is working late?

Hey @Santiago Gil, members are always grandfathered-in at the price they join so the price change won't affect the existing members. 😊

Can’t full screen loom videos on iOS?
Has anyone else had issues with not being able to do full screen playback with loom videos on IOS? My friend with an android can play loom videos on full screen but when me or my iPhone friends try to play a loom video the full screen button is gone.

We are in touch with Loom about this. They confirmed they removed the full screen ability from their side and are working on bringing it back.

Hiding what groups you are a part of
Hey, was talking to some of my students and we were wondering if there is a way to hide what other skool groups you are a part of when someone goes to your profile? Or at least the ones that are not a mutual skool group.

Hi @Jonathan Cronin, you can toggle off the groups you want to hide from your Membership Visibility settings & they will no longer be visible on your profile.
