I recently got a very similar training from someone much more successful than Dylan. All I can say is that everyone else is just a BAD TEACHER. Sales Is Seduction, Not a Rape Sales isn’t about forcing things, it’s about having power to make people want what you want them to do. if someone is wearing a coat in the room, Instead of telling them to take it off, just turn up the heat. Make it feel like it was their idea all along. 2. Don’t Answer Questions Here’s the trick: whoever’s asking the questions is in control. If they ask you a question, don’t just give a plain answer. Ask them something right back. If they ask, “What results can I expect?” you can say, “What results are you aiming for?” It keeps you in the driver’s seat, so you’re steering the conversation. 3. Listen More, Talk Less You’d think sales is all about talking, right? Wrong. It’s about listening—really listening. They’re your best source of information. Who are they? What do they want?
