@Amber Nichole Awesome!
Our baby Daisy was born today!
Sitting in the hospital chair holding the baby while she sleeps for the second 1/2 of the night so mommy can get some sleep. Took us from 11 (after Michigan won the championship… GO BLUE!) to realize she isn’t hungry or fussy, she’s just a cuddle bug and wants to be held to sleep. So now, mommy is getting some sleep while I work on courses. #angelsintheoutfield

GO BLUE
Session 1 Get er’ Done
What am I doing to lead my family? - Just surpassed 3 years free of alcohol. I’ve committed to my wife and girls to keep the house managed; grocery shopping & meal planning, daily cleaning and hiring cleaners, dishes laundry and pet care. My wife manages finances and house scheduling. Thoughts on raising children with future in mind? - First and foremost my wife and I are committed to breaking generational traumas that we were raised in & take the burden of holding healthy boundaries when needed. - I have committed this year to sharing positive things about other family members to my children and wife. Encouraging everyone to look for the good in people and recognize them for their effort.

Module 4 session 1
This was so good for my soul: Devotional: Did you know that a number of people in Scripture, including Jesus Christ, expressed very raw emotions that mirror the symptoms of depression? Here are just a few of many: King David: "Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me?" -Psalm 42:11a The Prophet Jeremiah: "Why did I come out from the womb to see toil and sorrow, and spend my days in shame?" -Jeremiah 20:18 Job: "And now my soul is poured out within me; days of affliction have taken hold of me. The night racks my bones, and the pain that gnaws me takes no rest." -Job 30:16 Jesus Christ: "And He said to them, 'My soul is very sorrowful, even to death. Remain here and watch.'" -Mark 14:34a It can be very comforting to know that even among the "giants of the faith," including God Himself, the Messiah, that sorrow and suffering are common to mankind. You are NOT alone.
