So I got a 31 in the ACT in October. I don’t do AP Calc or anything like that I got 27 Math, 34 Science, 30 English, 34 Reading Please let me know what you think I can do to grind for 34+. I am a senior, and a recruited athlete, and they said they would only support my app if I got a 34 or above

I feel like I'm drowning in a sea of expectations. Everyone around me seems to be thriving, excelling in ways that make me feel invisible. No matter how much I try, I'm not the best in my school, and it leaves me with a heavy emptiness that I can't shake off. Sometimes, it feels like there's no point in continuing if I can't be good enough. I know that I shouldn’t feel like this, but I do, and it scares me. I need help, because I'm struggling to find a reason to stay.
