Losing Weight
Hey! I am 179cm and 97kg and my goal is to get on 80kg I’m asking for advice, because it is hard for me to lose weight. I’m literally trying everything. I am on a calorie deficit of 1700kcal (debating on lowering it but thats doesn’t seem responsible), working 5 days a week 40 hours of high intensity labor, working hard 4-5 times a week in the gym. But still…. I know it is a marathon not a race but barely nothing is happening. Therefore i am asking on advice. Maybe someone has advice, tips or had the same experience. Really hoping i could achieve my goal :) Thanks in advance !

@Hidde Tijhuis okay, thanks for the info. I don’t feel weak or exhausted at this kind of calories. Or do you think i will be at the long run. The process would go faster but is it the healthy way ? Do you also suggest i should upper my calories even if i don’t feel weak ?

I have been eating this amount for roughly 4-5 months now. I have lost a bit of kg’s but i’m not that satisfied. Eating more calories would even slower the process or am i wrong ? Also 300-400 is not that much (depending on what you eat obviously). Why would it be beneficial ?

I don’t take supplements. I try to get as much protein as possible from food. Any advice on what to take and why ? I tried creatine for 2-3 months but didn’t notice any difference on my performance.
