Hey! I am 179cm and 97kg and my goal is to get on 80kg I’m asking for advice, because it is hard for me to lose weight. I’m literally trying everything. I am on a calorie deficit of 1700kcal (debating on lowering it but thats doesn’t seem responsible), working 5 days a week 40 hours of high intensity labor, working hard 4-5 times a week in the gym. But still…. I know it is a marathon not a race but barely nothing is happening. Therefore i am asking on advice. Maybe someone has advice, tips or had the same experience. Really hoping i could achieve my goal :) Thanks in advance !
