Fat/Protein ratio
I used carb manager to track my food for 7 days. I can see how much protein and fat I ate, but how do I figure my protein to fat ratio. Based on my fat to protein ratio, what should I change to lose more fat as I've been in a stall. Thanks!

I have been a yo-yo dieter most of my adult life, without much success. Started with Keto in February, transitioned to carnivore in April. Lost 30 lbs. so far. I feel like my fat loss would progress faster with the right tweaks.
