Hey @Frank Kern , I'm adding another offering to SchoolForLove.com, as I get ready to launch SchoolForLovers.com. I'm going to pilot a B2B offering here, helping other relationship coaches, sex educators, tantra teachers (who struggle with the same issues of solopreneurship, censorship challenges on social media, lack of accountability). The full enchilada (~$497/yr) involves live coworking/mastermind twice-weekly, guest speaking/panel opportunities on SchoolForLovers, group authoring projectds, and a networking directory. Down the road, I'll also get an Agency lic for RMAI and offer backoffice services. A lower price point (~$147/yr) allows them to just list themselves in the networking directory and find others there. Other ideas down the road but sell what I can now. At present, I'm struggling with which to pursue: 1) sell the full enchilada and offer/downsell the networking directory if they're price resistant 2) sell the networking directory and then upsell the full enchilada. Hi all, I have not read anything yet so I want to get into it asap and its past my bed time, so here goes. How do you get Instagram/TikTok influencers to help start your product launch at no cost, I realize that influencers that have a huge following want and expect % of sale, but can you use influencers with say 60k to 100k members to provide something for there members, I have an exciting Lovers Chocolate, so its something that gets your attention. Any help will be appreciated

Is anyone using the community module in RMAI with any success? Is it good enough now to build up traction and engagement? If you are using something else that is working, what is it?

One of the best ways to expand your business is to find people in your industry who aren't doing as well as you (there are probably a few, even if you're struggling); and if you find out who has a good reputation, but isn't making any money, then you can probably take over their clients, their business, integrate it into yours incrementally. This might be a opportunity using your lead generation and marketing skills to significantly improve a company and its future either as a complete take over or profit share 👍 Just imagine if you can 2x 4x revenue or even better that is a serious turnaround and much of that will be bottom line profit. It might not require much investment to service these new clients; you can pay the company a share of the revenue generated by their clients, and they'll probably make more money doing nothing than they currently are by working themselves to death. In some cases you could acquire the company for no upfront payment or you could literally buy the company using its own revenue. Big business uses this tactic all the time often these multi billion dollar deals require very little actual money exchanging hands. Some of these companies may already have some pretty good sales people who you can take, put out into the field, give them INCREDIBLY generous commissions for their first sale or first couple of sales. Have them bringing you more business, making their old company more money than it had made (cause you can do things more profitably), and everybody wins (more importantly, you grow your business 2-3 times). Even if you don't end up being a successful bidder, just the process of looking to buy another business will teach you so much about what they do, They'll answer so many questions (it's amazing what some businesses will open up to you if you're looking to buy), so even if you don't end up with the business, it DOES make sense to learn so much about the business, to learn so much about what other businesses are doing
