What are some great academic mega camps? Still trying to set up my summer camp schedule.

I am curious about all the early offers that are happening with the Ivies this year. As a newbie, I don't understand what they mean. I know they are non-committable because it's too early for pre-reads. I've been surprised by how many are going out. It's somewhat disheartening because it seems like there will be none left when we hit summer camps. Also, is it happening more this cycle than usual or is this the norm?
