Hi doctor, I am 15 and trying to have some muscles and stop being the skinny guy, I weight 50 kg with 23% body fat and I am 1.64 tall, I can workout 4 times a week on gym and everyday on my home. Do you have any suggestions of workouts that I could do on gym and home?

Hi doc, thanks for answering me. So, it would be difficult for me to go to gym 5 or 6 times a week because I also need to study for my tests and for school in general. At the moment, I am trying to find a training split for more days in gym bee cause before I could go just 1 time a week so I have a training split for every muscle in 1 day, but always focusing on my back problems. Now I am going more times and need a new schedule of train to use
