Nagina, I wanted to thank you so much for this summit. I realize I’ve been under eating and the ratios of fat and protein for meals is such a great measure! I’ve been focusing on upping my protein and making sure I get carbs at lunch (and not dinner) this week. I already feel more full through the day. And I’m geeked out over how the order we eat out foods affects our sugar spikes. I feel empowered again with my AIP lifestyle! Thank you for being so generous with the science and the useful tools!
