Nagina, I wanted to thank you so much for this summit. I realize I’ve been under eating and the ratios of fat and protein for meals is such a great measure! I’ve been focusing on upping my protein and making sure I get carbs at lunch (and not dinner) this week. I already feel more full through the day.
