Welcome! You've landed in the right place! Stay plugged in here and keep us posted on how it's going. We all started out feeling like you. I'm approaching 3 years sugar/flour free (with minor slips on occasion) on Feb. 1st. And proud of it!

Being sugar free!!
Hi! I'm new and so happy to have found this group. I am 84 years old or young however you want to think about it. I'm having brain fog and I really think sugar is the whole problem. I also love wine and am trying to quit that also. I'm looking forward to being sugar free.

Glad you're here, Nona! Better late than never. I wished I figured this out years ago... but I'm almost 3 years in now and have never felt better. The scientific information that is so different than what I grew up believing and the group support has made all the difference. I'm 64.
