Favorite workout split?
As title says what is your favorite workout split? Currently running a full body 3 day split broken into 6 mini upper lower days.

Me still competing in boxing and hockey i mainly do full body strength 3x a week every other day with the days in between focus on dynamic explosive workouts for power and of course cardio

@Joe N I do mainly compounds like Squats superset to Push-ups then deadlifts to Pull-ups so I do it like this Example 5 Squats @ 225lbs 10 Push-ups 5 Deadlifts @ 275lbs 5 Pull-ups 1 time through is 1 round and I do usually 5 to 7 rounds

Learning Latin Challenge
Hi all, I have an aptitude for learning languages and have taken on learning Latin on DuoLingo as I would love to know the official language of The Church! Would anyone else care to join me in this adventure?

Do it man! I actually took Latin in high school. My church Saint John Cantius in Chicago actually teaches Greek, Hebrew and Latin. However I'm learning Welsh now.
