Dominated 5k run over the weekend with Flag Football
Over the last 6 months, I have been working on my health and fitness to be the best husband, father, & son I can be. Still down 20lbs and push yourself to do things you aren’t able to do. Put your in trust in the Lord and He will guide you! You just gotta put in the work! Saturday’s total calories burned through the day were 5,000 calories with over 20k in steps.

Tips on working out
Hey brothers! Would appreciate any tips on working out. I always start then stop for a long time and I’d like to Keep More consistent and actually see results and feel more confident with my shirt off. Any tips?

As title says what is your favorite workout split? Currently running a full body 3 day split broken into 6 mini upper lower days.

St. Micheal’s Lent
St. Micheal’s Lent was a success. Ended up doing 4,010 pull-ups during the 40 days. It helped connect my faith and fitness more. I hope everyone is having a blessed week👌.
