@Tara Petropoulos A good hamstring stretch in the morning is the best! I also feel better when I do my self care routine in the morning - Usually all it takes is some yoga and a nice hearty breakfast - something more than my usual rushed smoothie. Like eggs... mmm eggs... The hardest part is the consistency. I work early in the morning and have a tough time sleeping, so dragging myself out of bed *even earlier* than I have to can feel Sisyphean some days. I think what's equally important to having a morning routine and being healthy and whatnot is allowing yourself grace when you don't achieve those goals
