Did not feel like “working out “ so instead I hauled 500 lb of garbage to the dump and gardened for an hour . My Fitbit told me I burned upwards of 800 calories! Shocking! Don’t forget that you don’t need to go anywhere to work out . Our lives are filled with chores - get after it by cleaning up your space 💪🏽💙- I feel wore out 😂😂 and my yard looks lovely 🌴🌵💐🌷🪻
