Yesterday I did the exercises twice in the morning and late afternoon, I am feeling better with my broken bone, the movements somehow had helped with the pain, today I will do the same, thanks again

Hi Tim. I have completed the day 1 exercise and I enjoyed it although I’m not sure if I doubled up by treating squat, right knee raise, squat, left knee raise as one count. Anyway I managed it and was slightly out of breath. I can’t see where we can comment on the classroom page, eg where to write about our whys and our thoughts on exercise and recipes. Can you clarify please? I’m a bit useless at Social media and all thing IT related 😂
Hi Tim and fellow on trackers. I live in Hampshire on the South coast. My ultimate goal from taking advantage of this generous opportunity is to lose about 3 stone, a big ask I know! During the first 6 months of 2020 when Covid hit, I did just that and felt fantastic. However during the winter lockdown of 2021 I regained all that weight ☹️. I have just retired from work, a sedentary job in a school so I no longer have any excuses not to get active which I have always found is key to losing body fat. I look forward to fully participating in this short but valuable programme. Thanks to the Ontrack team for putting it together ❤️
