Hey Corson, so as I’m participating this course and taking it into consideration and focusing on it, I want to be more dialed in with a routine this summer as I have lots of time on my hands, I was thinking doing some sort of mental exercise daily, could you maybe help me with a plan whether that’s listening to a certain video of somebody speaking, visualizing things, or whatever it is, i want to sit down for 5-10 minutes a day and do something. Got anything? Thanks
