Was going for 10 sets at 155. Did 155 for 7 sets, then crept up to 160 for the last 3 sets. Great burn - the sets just keep on coming!

Quick programming question - for the Functional Athlete plan, I used to pull those from Wodify and usually chose the "Strength" workout over the "Performance" workout. Is there a replacement for that or is the plan now just to follow the Performance workout? Thanks!

Makes sense - thanks, Bryce!
9/27 - Embracing the Seasons
Part of the experience of life and a big reason we decided to move back to Chicago was because there isnโ€™t much in the world that feels better to me than being here in the fall. Being able to embrace the changing of the season not just in temperature and climate, but understanding that we also get to use this time to assess and adapt to the next season and phase of life is critical in personal growth. I find it very fitting that this is the time for me to: move back to Chicago formally close BTY allow opportunity to see others thrive in new environments finally immerse my energy into YWF What is something you are looking forward to moving into this season? For me, changing from summer to fall brings with it new temptations that threaten good habits that I created during the previous eight months. Putting t-shirts and swim trunks away and pulling out sweaters and jeans enables me to cover up the effects of any slippage. I tend to over-indulge during playoff baseball and football games on Saturdays and Sundays (and Mondays, and Thursdays), and while I really enjoy those times, in the back of my mind I know I'm undoing hard work that was done in the months prior. This fall, I'm making a greater effort to stick to the plan - one day at a time - and see if I can't do a better job this year than I have in years past because I'm better equipped to manage my diet and workout plan. Balancing good habits with the games I'm watching is the ultimate goal because the games and the comradery are what I enjoy the most - the food and drink is the associated trap that I'll do my best to avoid this fall.
