Reason #2: If they don't have skin in the game, it will take forever to get the client moving Reason #3: Unless you have direct access to the client's CRM. It's very hard to track If you are just starting out, you can still work on a performance basis but you need to ask for a deposit that you deduct from future commissions. This deposit needs to be high enough to cover all your costs.
