I am trying to get stronger and learn new skills but I don't know how to combine both gym and calisthenics if some one can share a workout that combines both of them it would be very nice.

I was wondering if i should do an aggressive 10 days cut i am 16 years old 172cm and weight about 63kg. I have quite a bit fat on my stomach that's why I am wondering if I should do an aggressive cut.
