My personal journey of 1st man (2 Months)
It has been over 7 weeks since I turned into watching 1st man because most of the youtubers like Hamza and Denmo were watching him. He has like only around 164k subs and doesn't edit his videos or use good cameras. But, I was actually pulled to him by his mindset ( I have a good attention span so I watched one of this video's called 12 lessons and 4 books although it had no attractive features like edits and so on) . That video was actually help ful for me. So, after that I watched his recent video of boy to a man journey. It was helpful to me aswell, it had already changed my mindset to a semi-man. Let's discuss about the results now. I really kept women to a higher level than me . I thought of getting a High quality women and then working on the stuffs that I had interest upon. I was fucking fearful to approach them and also too shy. I wasn't able to even ask people out to some new programs (75 hard, and other shit together because it would be fun to push eachother) After 7 weeks of watching him regularly, I have a better facial structure ( I tried his face workouts). I improved my social skills, I don't struggle with public speaking). I respect women but not as much as I used to previously because I no more keep them above me. I really thought girls in my friend group were high quality, it was just their beauty at their prime. I just thought they were better than me because they were respected more than I was. They were beautiful and also, I was being brainwashed to thinking women were better than us men due to all of the social structures. I also realised that too get respect, I need to earn it myself. First, I started to respect my self. I kept me, my family and my words above all the other stuffs. I left my friends group who were smoking, gaming, drinking and started to find some one with the same mindset as I have. I stepped away from the trap of becoming a nice guy. I have already realised that girls are now more soft and respecting to me. I opened my YouTube, instagram, tiktok and uploaded contents, I have gotten decent success now. After school, I have thought to Start my business ideas. I know about the male advantage and the great male filter now and have set up my road map of life after I end my school in 4 months.

Focus guide
Imagine this You're sat on your ass doing your work. And suddenly a thought pops into your mind. You wanna watch the video which Hamza uploaded yesterday. You go on to YouTube. You watch the whole video start to finish. It was a great video. But after watching it, You close that tab and realize "Fuck me man, I was supposed to do my work. Why tf did I watch this video?" It was me for a long time. I couldn't focus for even fucking 20 minutes without getting distracted. I CAN'T say that I can now focus for 3-4 hours straight. But I've significantly increased the duration of my focus. So here's the full guide to focus like a superhuman 1) Don't multitask This applies when you're working and also when you're not working. When you're doing some other tasks like eating, throw that damn phone away and give your full attention to the task at hand. Be it eating, doing some homework, etc. Even if its a self improvement video, you can watch it after you eat or do shallow work Multitasking also decreases your ability to focus. 2) No high carb foods when you're working You've noticed many times that when you eat foods high in carb, you feel sleepy and couldn't focus on the work at hand. This is because your body takes longer time to digest carbs . If you eat carbs before you work, your body is using all of the energy on digesting the carbs leaving no energy for you to put into the task at hand. The best way to put this advice into your life is to do intermittent fasting. This is where you do the hardest task of your work the first thing you wake up. You haven't ate anything, and you can crush your work 3) Have the ability to sit silently with no distractions or dopamine stimulation "All of humanity's problems stem from the man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone" - Blaise Pascal Whenever you're commuting from work/school to home, sit quietly. Don't go to Instagram, don't stimulate yourself. Sit their with your own thoughts, observe the world around you. Bro, you don't realize the power of doing this. Many of the top scientists, and philosophers do this.

What should be my main focus?
I am 17 years old now. I havent fapped since few weeks (3 months). Can you tell me what should I do as my main focus as a teenager (I will love your suggestion) I have school from 6am to 5:30 pm and sleep from 9 to 4 am. I work out , meditate journal in the morning and then study, read books and learn stuffs in the evening. I have social media where I upload motivation clips ( getting attention recently and I edit 2 clips a day for few mins).
