Introduction

Hi everyone, I live with my ex, although sleep in different rooms. We have 3 kids, and financially cannot afford to live separately. I have been discarded, and messed about with over the last 3 years. I have learnt a lot about narcissism over this time, and it has helped me a lot, and although it helps, the struggle with PTSD weighs heavily on me each day. Does this resonate with anyone? It is hard to take, the abandonment, being treated like a stranger, the silent treatment etc. I wanted to share a brief insight into my situation, thank you everyone for taking the time to read it. Thank you Kyle. He acted like he does not know me. He was sleeping in the other room while he was on tinder with completely unknown women. He left twice ( once 3 and second time 5 months) and didn't even once ask for our little boy. He always used my reactions against me. First two years was fairy tale .. now it is f*.. hell. I have sence that I would never recover and I would never be sure is it him or me. Sorry for my English. I am not native.
