1st Live Skool Tai Chi Class taking place at George Mason University
This was a great class! πŸ’ͺ🏽 We cover Strengthening, Stretching, Chi Kung (Qigong) Breathwork and more! Watch the entire video, and feel free to move and breathe along πŸ˜‰ You will feel energized for the whole day! Today was special because every student was able to feel the energy that their body's emit in the first 10 minutes of class! We started out making a chi ball, which was not recorded πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ (If 5 people comment, I will make a separate video on making Energy/Chi Balls! The video starts out with a brief Q&A where I ask the students about what they felt while making a Chi Ball

Stories of good behavior providing good examples.
Personally, I have taken to picking up trash in the neighborhood. This led to a neighbor who had just gotten out of prison deciding to get a small business started. He began servicing other members of the community's property, whether that was beautification, or yard keeping services. He stays busy these days.

What is the most profound lesson you've learned about the nature of suffering and how to transcend it?

Suffering is the course material in the school of life. It gives the opportunities for growth, new understandings, and struggle. This struggle is what catalyzes our spiritual progress, and makes rapid growth possible. Suffering and the beings who perpetuate or accentuate it are viewed quite negatively, but are the great teachers. All we have to do is pay attention. Catalyzing our lives is their great honor and our great privilege. "What is a good man but a bad man's teacher? What is a bad man but a good man's job? If you don't understand this, you will get lost, however intelligent you are, it is the great secret.” - Lao Tsu

Relaxation allows you to navigate stress. Relaxation allows you to do anything with ease. Relaxation allows you to navigate suffering, as suffering results in stress. Relaxation via meditation. Transcend lessons.
