I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, I think there is lots of value in coaching and masterminds, but I feel like it's become a little too "hip," so it's not really about the "mastermind" or the person being coached; it's about the person leading the mastermind, i.e., access to someone. Whereas coaching has become about "teaching" rather than coaching.
@Raymond Zhu yes typically, let's say you are wanting to work with Alex Hormozi. The likelihood you can speak with him won't occur unless you buy a high level mastermind. Aka access
I will sit down and write out my life experiences in as much detail as I possibly can so that I can see what I have done and leverage that life experience to be more certain in what I am offering people is valuable instead of discrediting it because it was corporate work.
