How to book 9 appointments daily like me (it’s easy)
This is your reminder… If you’re not booking appointments, It’s your fault. What I’ve learned in the last 4-5 weeks I’ve gone from 5-6 calls a week to 9 a day. Stop using outdated techniques, stop wasting your time with crap outreach. This is your sign to change things up… Rowing the boat as hard as you can is pointless when the boat was never destined to move in the first place. Create systems Create teams Create leverage And warp time together. If I can do your monthly points of contact in a day, and still with better quality. I will lap you every single time. It’s not even harsh, it’s the truth. And I’m not even acting like it’s hard, I worked harder for the 6 average weekly calls than the 60. But if the hardest workers were the richest, then construction would be the place to be. With a couple minor gaps in your knowledge, you’re missing out on 50+ calls a week Or in other words, multiple 5 figs in cash. Never stop learning. Once you realize you know nothing, you begin to learn a lot more. Now go end the week by learning so you’re week can start a little similar to mine. Comment ‘bookings’ or dm me with questions . Only if you actually take action… Don’t be someone who thinks watching/reading resources makes you productive without action

Hi friends! I'm Sebastian from Peru 🇵🇪 I'm working on adapting GHL to latam and tailor it to the RE niche Been focusing a lot in personalized database reactivations/follow ups, some of them with AI Last week I've been staying up late working on a new snapshot in spanish to manage multiple listings in GHL and i think its killer! I've partnered with 2 agents more here and we're launching a couple exclusive listings with fb ads + the system. Hope to close them all within the month Its about $95k GCI in the pipeline, and based on my deal with them its about $38k take home for us! So much opportunity even in this side of the continent! Still I was inspired by Matt's podcast with Keaton today, is true, the real money is in the Software. I rather build a Micro SaaS for AI DBR which I think I'm doing really well and is a real solution for my niche. Curious to know what are your latests wins! Grateful for being in this community
