Name change - moving to new community, cancelling Ai Real Esate

Like most of you ... real estate stakeholders have specific interests.
As a realtor and appraiser I use Gemini for Google on steroids, then Claude to help with coding bots, then Chat GPT for a second opinion. Meta FB hasn't worked well for me so far.

2024-8-31 I'm in the middle of an ocean and I can't see any land.
I'm in a kayak, FIRST I'm going to imagine I'm on a surfboard that I can lay down on because I'm going to be here for a long time and I need to lay down..... at least with a surfboard I can catch a wave.
