As a realtor and appraiser I use Gemini for Google on steroids, then Claude to help with coding bots, then Chat GPT for a second opinion. Meta FB hasn't worked well for me so far.

I'm in a kayak, FIRST I'm going to imagine I'm on a surfboard that I can lay down on because I'm going to be here for a long time and I need to lay down..... at least with a surfboard I can catch a wave.
