my ad is getting clicks and it has almost 2.4% link ctr. Why is it not getting any leads?

Do you guys suggest broad vs interest targeting on new ad account?

Also as you guys can see.. for some reason my ad says "Continue" Instead of "next" And idk why i can only add one question on the intro page and when i add another one it moves it back to another page and then after that every question i add is shown on a new separate page and it looks really weird.
