Attending the Green Latifa Retreat at Mandali with Emilio, exploring the essential qualities of Compassion and Loving-kindness, has been a really transformative experience. I appreciated the approach, focused partly on teachings, but especially on self-inquiry practices. This was a real training ground to get more closely in touch with my true self and gain awareness of areas of me that in some cases had like fallen asleep or were forgotten. I appreciated the other participants openness in sharing and their availability in listening; it was an amazing group of beautiful and spiritually rich souls. This was my first retreat in the Diamond Logos series and I plan to take part to more retreats with Emilio to explore other areas of the being. I would like to keep going in the path of self-discovery (or re-discovery) I have initiated, that I trust will support me pursuing a balanced, abundant and fulfilling life.
