What is one way you have found yourself practicing yoga off the mat this week? Mine was listening to the sounds of the birds as I walked to the pickleball court. Just present with the warmth of the sun on my skin, and buzzing of nature. ☀️🦜🐥

Hey everyone, looking forward to meeting new yoga friends in this community! Where's everyone joining in from? I'm in Philly 🌆

I look forward to continue to learn from the experience and wisdom of this community, and share from my own! I am Pedro's Aunt Penny, and began practicing Yoga with him on April 1, 2020, via Zoom. Delighted to meet more yogis! I find I am more faithful with challenges😉, so I look forward to the next 7-day yoga challenge as I begin year 5 of my practice.
