No 'fluffy' goals like 'weightloss', 'getting fit' 'success in career/business', or 'food freedom'. Say exactly what you want to achieve and by when.

You can check the group Calendar for Full Descriptions and Times in Your Local Timezone. Who can make it for 30 minutes? ⚠️ There will be NO replays for these sessions. They're LIVE only rooms to help you make adjustments and improvements to your current success strategies and get support to overcome any immediate challenges. They are NOT coaching sessions. 👆 The LIVE training in this community will NOT be recorded for the following reasons: (1) Relationships are formed LIVE. It's what builds the community. (2) Without replays, you're never behind. I don't want anyone to feel overwhelmed. (3) Show up and make progress. Or don't show up and you miss out (that's the way the real world works). There will be occasional exceptions to the no recording policy, typically when I run a session that's teaching a particular framework or technique.
