Donโt Make These Mistakes With Your Body and Mindset Transformations!
Looking back at my body transformation in 2021, there are three things I deeply regret. These were hard lessons, but theyโve shaped me, and I share them in the hope that you wonโt make the same mistakes. 1. I didnโt believe in the change Iโd made. Even after losing a massive amount of weight (100 lbs), I couldnโt see it. The scale showed the progress, people told me I looked different, and the photos didnโt lieโbut I felt hideous and stuck in my old mindset. I actually had to gain back 30 lbs to realise how far Iโd come. That disbelief robbed me of celebrating my own success. I wish Iโd trusted what Iโd accomplished. Trust your grind. Own your change. 2. I didnโt invest in my mindset early enough. I spent years focused on diets and workouts, trying to physically transform, but I didnโt realise my mind needed the work too. This year, I invested $15k in mindset coaching, and thatโs when everything changed. The mental game is everythingโitโs what makes or breaks you. Had I known this sooner, I couldโve avoided years of doubt and pain. Strong mind, strong bodyโremember that. 3. I didnโt trust myself with food and nutrition. For too long, I believed I needed someone else to tell me what to eat and how much. I followed plans, waiting for the next expert to save me. But the truth is, I didnโt need saving. I just needed to trust my own intuition and the knowledge I already had about my body. I wish Iโd listened to that inner voice sooner. Donโt wait for permission. You know your body better than anyone. These are the regrets I carry, but theyโve become the fuel that pushes me forward. Trust your progress. Invest in your mindset. Believe in your bodyโs intuition. You've already got what it takesโjust listen.
