@Sandra Hernandez I have been calling and texting and emailing on a few more than I had yesterday. No contacts at all yet. I did have one but he is a fix and flip guy already dang it! But other than that good. Lots of phone time today. Got a lot of properties marked to drive to, just need to do that. 🙏

Cold calling
I have attempted 10 properties so far today. I am not getting through to anyone, bad phone numbers and or unable to leave messages. I have also emailed a few today and have been getting invalid email notifications. I have sent texts as well. On any that I have been able to leave any sort of message I am just waiting to hear back from someone. All cold calls. I have not done driving yet. How long to create any contact? Other than that just been working away.
