I have attempted 10 properties so far today. I am not getting through to anyone, bad phone numbers and or unable to leave messages. I have also emailed a few today and have been getting invalid email notifications. I have sent texts as well. On any that I have been able to leave any sort of message I am just waiting to hear back from someone. All cold calls. I have not done driving yet. How long to create any contact? Other than that just been working away.
