I took a skate class and we really focused on my weight transfer. Turns out I had to really sit and bend my knees, but also keep my back straight. Now my routines are starting to smooth out. Next we’ll continue to work on my crossovers/sweeps. One class really made a difference. I see it and feel it in my moves.

What’s your favorite skate style?

I've been spending a little time each session toward unlocking the dribble. I can't keep it going long. It feels like I'm pulling my feet through sludge. Any tips or observations? TIA 🙂
