Skating smoother
I took a skate class and we really focused on my weight transfer. Turns out I had to really sit and bend my knees, but also keep my back straight. Now my routines are starting to smooth out. Next we’ll continue to work on my crossovers/sweeps. One class really made a difference. I see it and feel it in my moves.
