Sky high Cholesterol
Hello, carnivores. I'm 47 years old and four months into this carnivore thing. I started because I suffered from bad digestion and inverted psoriasis. So long I' ve dropped 7kg and my digestion is next to perfect. A week ago I had blood work done. Yesterday my doctor called me, telling me to change to a equilibrated diet asap. Cholesterol's sky high and - in her words - my kidney's protesting hard. Anyone had similar experiences?

They didn't conduct a certain test which tells of your cholesterol is actually bad. I don't know what it's called but it as long as your fats are from animal products don't wory
Starting liver
I recently got a tub of grass fed and finished beef liver and sliced it into 40 gram slices. I plan on taking them every monday and thursday let me know what you think about my schedule.

Way later then usual but
We got it done! My parents were in town so this weekend I rested. And watched my dad at 60 years old play softball he travels all over the world to play games. Upper body done ✔️ Are you workout in the morning or night?

Breakfast
I have decided to no longer intermittent fast and eat breakfast. I currently am allergic to eggs and cannot eat eggs for breakfast. Does anyone have suggestions other than beef.

@Coen Bras I'm eating 1lb of ground beef for lunch and a 350 gram steak for dinner. So I kind of want to switch it up.
