Hey guys, A lot of you probably know me already, but I wanted to introduce myself. I'm located in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and my company is primarily focused on residential HVAC, Hot Water, and Water Purification. We use Housecall Pro for our FSM software and I'm interested in developing GHL and integrating it with HCP to automate as many of our processes as possible.
Thank you to everyone that showed up. We held some great discussion today! Here is the recording to today's call: https://us02web.zoom.us/rec/share/wH0-A8iXFQliQiJwI-lHQM5mmv3BjCQKBUkM0MZtObgBuE83TalqWkta3LpXDNga.ahNvxO3OS8Jng-eW Passcode: YDUZ%yq1 Topics Discussed: - Workflows to bring in leads and automate adding them to CRM (Housecall Pro was the example discussed) - Lead Recovery and Call Analysis workflow - How to find tools that we can connect other automations to, including what to look and search for - How to build out advanced zapier connections with API Documentation for access to more triggers and actions - Where to drop Loom videos if you're having issues with automation and need some assistance
So we started with Sera in February and have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of new reviews. Before this HCP sent text reviews and we got a lot of reviews. But since the switch we have stalled. I would like to build an automation to text a bitly link and gather more reviews. Look at zap and sera the trigger could be an accepted invoice. I’d rather it be when the tech is done in the home and has already collected but I’m working with what I’ve got. I use dial pad and it has the texting function so I figured the 2 of them could work together but I’m not having any luck. Anyone done this yet?
Hi all. We had some great dialogue on yesterday's monthly Zoom call and wanted to share a workflow that I think is very easy to setup and then hand off to either a Marketing Coordinator or VA (virtual assistant). @Matthew Abbott thank you for the question which prompted this workflow. Enjoy and ask @Tersh Blissett and I any additional questions. Are videos like this helpful?
