What If Your Voice Became Your Superpower?
Have you ever felt like no matter what you try, it all sounds…the same? Like you’re just repeating what’s already out there instead of saying something that really feels like you? I know how frustrating that feels. You want to stand out, but every time you try something new, it ends up sounding like a watered-down version of what someone else is doing. Here’s the thing: your voice is already there—it’s just waiting for you to lean into it. The key isn’t creating something brand-new. Instead, it’s about uncovering your Star Power. That’s the unique energy, perspective, and vibe that only you can bring. When you let yourself show up fully as you, your message becomes so much clearer. You stop second-guessing yourself, and your audience starts connecting with you on a whole new level. What about you? Have you ever felt stuck between following the crowd and staying true to yourself? How do you navigate that? Let’s talk about it in the comments—I’d love to hear your perspective.

What If Your Voice Became Your Superpower?

@Stephanie Hetu Great question! The first step is to get really clear on what you stand for and what makes your perspective unique. It can help to write down the things you absolutely believe in for your audience, as well as what you don’t align with. From there, it’s about consistently showing up with that clarity—it makes your voice so much stronger and more authentic

@Stephanie Hetu Exactly! That fear of "disturbing" or being too much can really hold people back, but when they embrace their unique voice, it’s incredible how much impact and connection they can create. It’s such a rewarding transformation to see when someone steps into that clarity and confidence!
LESS content for MORE engagement? 🤯
Many believe that to build a profitable community, you need a classroom filled with endless content and constant promotion. But what if that belief is exactly what’s keeping you from the real results you're after? It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that more content means more engagement. But for high-ticket clients, quality beats quantity. High-paying clients are looking for depth, connection, and trust. And often, that’s built not through endless training modules but through focused, impactful interactions. Imagine hosting a single, powerful monthly event in your Skool group. Instead of spreading your energy thin, you create an experience that resonates deeply, builds loyalty, and naturally leads to conversions. This approach simplifies your business while connecting on a level that truly matters to your audience. What’s your experience with content overload? Do you feel like your group could benefit from more intentional interactions? ⬇️

@Felix Weinzinger it’s clear that your experience on LinkedIn has given you a great foundation, and your shift to contributing authentically is powerful. It resonates with exactly the kind of clients that value high-ticket experiences. Creating an MRR stream from your seminars, 1:1 sessions, and community sounds like a natural next step for you. I’d love to explore how we can make that vision a reality and keep your focus on quality, engaged relationships. How do you envision this recurring revenue structure fitting into the community experience you’ve built so far?

@Harold Meadows that’s a really thoughtful perspective! It’s so true that for some, having a tangible ‘thing’ can feel like a safety net before they start promoting. But as you said, the real value often lies in the community itself and the unique dynamic we create. Have you found any strategies that help people shift their mindset to see the community as the central value?
Being active in other community brings real opportunities
Yesterday I posted 2-3 comments on a post in a large community. A few minutes later, someone slided in my DM's to vet me, and when I "passed the test" and he was convinced I have a real expertise, he asked me if I was available to come do a masterclass in his group the next day. I was available, so I said yes. They loved the content I delivered on Zoom, and offered me a spot in their group. Now I have one more place to share my content directly to my target market AND my masterclass replay will stay up in their classroom for their members to watch. It's easy when you do it right. It's fun, it's light, and it creates real opportunities. Are you taking the time to connect, and exchange visibility in other communities?

@Karl Roussel It sounds like you’re building a solid, intentional process for scaling your offers—especially with the scorecard system. Skool really is a great platform for streamlining these kinds of strategies. How do you see the scorecard helping you qualify and focus on the right clients as you adjust for 2025?

@Stephanie Hetu Absolutely! Expanding visibility through genuine engagement can lead to incredible opportunities. It’s such a great reminder that being present and intentional in the right spaces can amplify our reach and impact in meaningful ways.
We can now upload audio!
This is really cool. You can now upload audio files in a post or in a classroom, and when someone click on it, it opens an audio player.
