I Got Somethin Fo Ya! Work SMARTER Forever, in 60 minutes from now...
I've been crazy busy lately! Spent the summer playing with the girls and assembling my thoughts, team and tools to close out 2024 with a BANG! I did enough sleeping during that pandemic to last me for a decade, and I'm REVVED UP. I put together something I've been using with 6,7 and 8 figure clients for the last 11 years into a simple exercise you can complete within 30-60 minutes that I GUARANTEE will provide an epiphany and help you see what you could be doing to increase profits, (free) time and energy in your business. It's stupid simple, and deceptively simple. And if you don't think it's worth your $20 after going through it (and show me the filled out version) I'll give you your money back. Period. I have several clients who pay $1000 an hour for me to work in their business and so I've learned how to get results quickly and not waste time. Hola, Mi Gente! I hope everyone had a rejuvenating weekend and a powerful Monday <3 As you know, I've been contemplating the "house" for group and even just the existence of a group as part of a package for how I want to expand my services. One thing that I've been paying very close attention to is how much less active most groups are, no matter how big, how old, how new and shiny, or how great they once were. I like having a group as an option because it still has a psychological benefit of feeling connected to others and... my thoughts have been that people still WANT and NEED community, they just are getting it more by engaging through the streams and threads and feeds more. A group provides a "location" and "hub" and though it may not get used a lot or by most, those that prefer it, even if they only do so "seasonally" (during slow times, low times etc) I want to have it as an option. I think I will keep a free group as a "feeder" community where I'll make my posts and offers and occassionally share some tips and tools as well as access to expert calls. ========================= *Digital Membership Access* ========================= The next level group will be $997 annually (297 quarterly) for all the course material, a monthly call with me or me + guest expert and hot seat or open hour zoom once a quarter plus I'll be around to answer questions if anyone asks. ========================= *Physical Membership Access* ========================= Most of my people enjoy being to work away from screens, especially when planning and mapping things out. I am going to create a quarterly package that will go out to paid members (this will be the above $997 annually plus an upgrade fee TBA once I get pricing info - probably around $149 a quarter or $500 annually). Still planning this all out and not set in stone but The package will contain: - the course in book form, likely bound as a spiral notebook with lines in the margins for writing notes. After the first package this will be a quarterly planning journal with mental reminders about the fundamental profit pillars. - A nice pen for notetaking - Highlighter set for notes - Sticky notes - but extra. And not the same every quarter. Something fun - Q4 - A desk calendar with a mixture of quotes, jokes, vocubulary, and journal prompts. The point of the variety is varied growth - and variation in your days. - A book of my choice that I feel has timeless wisdom or perspective - Some surprise gift to keep things fun

EVER START WORKING ON A COURSE AND END UP WRITING A BOOK?
That is what seems to be happening. 10 Chapters, several pages of introduction preface, so much that's been percolating and evolving over 6 years in corporate management and 22 years of online business management and consulting while dealing with a toxic marriage, divorce, and raising 4 very intelligent and strong willed girls is spilling out like a fire hydrant and won't stop. Though little has happened in this group on the surface, each of you being here and your contributions and comments, votes, messages etc have provided a missing catalyst for me. I am both thrilled with the work and frustrated knowing I will never be happy with it. It's my nature to be that way - a critic and a cheerleader who always sees what can be improved but celebrating wholeheartedly what has been accomplished. For some it will be amazing and powerful. For others it will barely be worth a "meh". I'm not creating for the latter group, and won't worry about those thoughts. I'll hire an editor to help me organize and create consistency and then a designer to make it look good (also layout is SO helpful to distractable minds like mine so I want to make sure that's there for people) And then... I'll release it and create supporting resources. I will do what I have helped clients do for decades... improve iteratively, at a healthy, happy, sustainable pace. As I continue to grow and evolve so will my body of work. It is so very simple - even though getting here has not been easy. Everything has been about getting up each day and putting one foot in front of the other, doing something to grow an improve each day, personally, professionally, mentally, physically etc... I have known that what I needed was people to create for, but I didn't do this. I overthought it. I couldn't decide on structure or price and I let that stop me. But here are two things to consider that I always tell my clients and myself. Everything is always RIGHT. ON. TIME. Pace isn't about perfection but about the journey.

Do You Prefer Content in Email or Group?
Hey guys, I've been really studying group engagement more (not just mine but others) and noticing that many seem to be very quiet unless they are in the several thousands in members. My primary goal is to create support for small business owners through content as well as be available to those who want more than content but a sounding board or occassionally mentor/advisor. That really doesn't require a group. If there's not conversation in the group, or it takes huge number to have that happening, I have to figure out how to help myself not get disuaded by the lack of energy. (I'm sharing this because it might be something some of you have considered for yourselves.) Something I was ponder is the lack of analytics in Skool. I can't measure reach. I don't know who logs in and sees things. With email I can see that. With other group platforms I can see that. With that data I at least have an idea of who's consuming content. (Which I've barely created, obviously... but I start measuring things from the beginning) Anyway, thought occurred to me to ask how you each prefer to consume content in general from someone you are interested in hearing from. Your inbox, or their platform wherever they are, whether it be a group, podcast or youtube channel. Would love if you could take a moment to cast a vote <3

Been Eyeball Deep in Course Creation
Framework mapped out through module 6 of 9 last night. Focused on keeping it powerful but simple. The great thing about the fundamentals is once you get them understood and integrated, you just iterate. It's not as mentally or energetically taxing as trying to learn new concepts. Business and growth get so much easier when you master the fundamentals, and that's what this course is all about... only it takes the tendency for ADHD and executive disfunction into account since MOST entrepreneurs struggle with that to some degree. I'm striving to balance between teaching enough to support the process but not adding any fluff that causes information overload or friction. Kind of excited to finally be getting this out :) How's everyone else doing? Would love to know what you're working on. GIF me your week so far <3
