And I’ll start… in my experience and personal opinion; If you are a single practitioner just starting out on your own as a freelancer, the most powerful thing you can do to grow your client list is network, and as I specialise in sports injuries, my networking happens a lot in gyms. I joined a new gym for a month or two and went to as many classes as possible and spoke to loads of people about them, and also about what I did. I’d then do the same in another gym, and another. I used this strategy to get over 150 bookings in 6-8 weeks. Thoughts…?

@Rulan Albarouki it’s a great idea. My company offers an incentive to Personal trainers. Occasionally we will offer a FREE, yes, a free session to PTs but with some strings attached: two or three social media stories if they liked the session. And then if they refer clients we offer incentives for them in the way of more sessions 😉
