[FREE Training] - Default Day Checklist
You're only as good as your default day. When life happens, there is a saying that states, "you never rise to the level of your expectations, you fall to the level of your training." It's easy to do all the right things when there's no pressure. When your day is free of calls, meetings, and all the fires that need to be put out, it's easy to get in some self-care, eat right, and get a good workout in. But what happens when sh*t hits the fan? What's the first thing to go? Your workout? Your meditation? Eating right or remembering to drink water? It's important for your default day to be the fallback that keeps you moving forward. I made this checklist for a client recently, and thought I would share it with you guys in this community. I've made a little video training to go with it, and you can copy the document and save it for yourself. I hope it gives you an idea of how to make sure you cross the big rocks off the list so that when things go sideways, your default day will continue your forward momentum and flow in life, business, and relationships. great check list, feels encouraging that most of these are already part of the daily practice. only 3 clear goals a day... haha that one I struggle with, love to overload. and the social support piece always a double edged sword for me, I appreciate deep meaningful cnx with others in limited amts & it's very dependent on my social reserves as to what is helpful & what is just more draining, always working to find balance in that area, especially as a neurodivergent individual

Hey Everybody, I'm Brandon Day, from Montana, but living in Phoenix, Arizona for the last 10 years. I work with Entrepreneurs and former athletes to level up their performance, find purpose, and abolish pain using flow states and applied neurology. I want to offer up as much value and resources as I can to those interested in getting the most out of life and their innate human potential. I believe flow states give life meaning, and applied neurology and the brain is the path to achieving an autotelic personality (flow-prone bad-ass). That said, I hope to do my part in fostering a thriving community of like-minded individuals that can allow me to have the greatest impact possible, while giving me the time-freedom to be the father I envision for the triplets coming to our home this fall :) For fun, I like to play guitar and sing, play sports of all kinds, board games, card games, see live shows, and spend time with close friends and family in nature. Hi, I’m Tori, from Vancouver Island, Canada. I am currently working as a veterinarian, mostly companion animals, wildlife & some exotics. looking to shift into the rehabilitation & integrative medicine space. Historically I’ve worked in & been educated in the areas of the kinesiology, biomechanics, exercise phys, neurobiology/biopsych and sports rehabilitation. I was an athletics instructor for years (swimming, tennis, snowboarding), as well as aquatic therapist. I’m looking forward to gaining more knowledge & practical tools within this community, with the aim of working with my own nervous system and to aid others, and to move towards a pain free life in flow. I’ve struggled with chronic pain since my teens, and a myriad of diagnoses over the years. I enjoy interfacing with nature, swimming, camping, snowboarding, diving … I’ve experienced struggles with my physicality in these last few years that have made some of these activities challenging for me, but I continue to work towards modifying them in ways that allow for my participation.
