Member Map
I have members that seem to have issues when joining our member map? They are part of multiple Skool communities of ours and often times will get a prompt that they need to be a member of a different community. Others are able to add themselves with no problem. I am wondering if most members aren't adding themselves to the Map because they can't figure it out.... Help please!

@Kang Wei Yew A little confused on the order. Don't you have to be logged into to go to the map? Step 3 says to log in? For example, members will be logged in and click on the Map in the Elite VFO Community (which they are members of ) and for some it will say you aren't a member of the Financial Collaborators (another one of our communities that they are not a member of ). Thanks!

Issue with Posting: Attachments
Since last night I cannot add an attachment....all the other options on the bottom of the post work (link, video etc.) Nothing happens when I am clicking on add the attachment.

@Mike Morales Switched from chrome to safari and it worked. The odd thing is I have been using Chrome for a year with Skool and never had this issue.

Member trying to join community, email already in use
I have member, who is a member of one of my free communities. She is trying to join another paid community via the link I sent her. It says her email address is already in use...she stated she logged out of her previous community. Any suggestions? Thanks!

She does. So if she logs in with her email address, she should be able to join the new community and pay the membership?

Stripe Transactions
Good Morning, we already sold some memberships and can see the payout on school but can not the transactions on stripe. How can we see the transactions ? Thank you.
