Pmax for Plumbing leads?
I am supposed to generate leads for a plumbing company. I have never used Pmax before and thus looking for suggestions - does that work for local lead gen?

Don't bother, unless you have the extra budget to test. If done right, it'll work for first month or a few months, then it'll most likely plummet.
Are Google search-ads the best-bet for targeting 'luxury homeowners'?
I overlook sales for a Seattle, WA based custom-tech integration company (home automation, A/V, smart-security, networking etc.). And our company is considering and exploring options for digital advertising and marketing in general. - We are trying to go after the luxury homeowner market. - We're looking for $50k above jobs. Ideally $150k-$300k - The custom-integration industry is highly dependent on word-of-mouth for having a filled pipeline. Specially for our industry, public-awareness is still a bottle-neck for what we see. Thus resulting in not enough search-volume on Google as-per our liking. And that coupled with us trying to hawk down the luxury-homeowners seems like a far-fetched idea. There's only 1 marketing agency dedicated to purely serving our industry, which shows that there isn't much scope of advertising in the custom integration market. I understand that Facebook ads probably won't work for us, as the people we're looking for won't be on Facebook (correct me if I'm wrong). But - 1. Are Google search ads even worth it for trying to sell such high-ticket services? 2. Considering Google and FB ads work great for Solar and HVAC installers, what kind of projects sizes (in terms of the budget that homeowners would usually have) should we be expecting if we try these advertising platforms for our integration firm? Are $10k to $15k still a far-fetch? Also, is it even possible to get 30+ conversions (form-fillup on landing page) per month when running Google ads, since that's the minimum requirement. 3. What marketing strategy and medium (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) would you suggest for our particular case? 4. Or should we avoid digital advertising and invest our marketing-budget into increasing the no. of referral-sources we have (architects, interior designers, builders, etc.)? I'll really really appreciate it if someone can address these 4 questions individually… That'll be super helpful. Thanks :)

The integration firm I work for has previously worked with 3 ads agencies. One being a local agency my boss knew, another one was "Inbound Revenue", and recently with "OneFirefly" for 9 months from 2022 to 2023. Based on the results that we got, I doubt that you'll be able to get a consistent flow of luxury homeowners every month whom you can bill $50k let alone $300k. In our experience, you'll be getting more of the TV installation leads through ads. Which you can eventually up-sale for sure. But I'll love to know what @Austin LeClear would say… I also have 2 similar questions - - Is it actually fair to expect $50k to $150k jobs through Google ads? Given that the target area is quite rich, and we have an ad-budget of $3000? I'm not sure for how much budget to start with since there isn't much search volume in the CI industry as @Amanda Lenhardt mentioned. Also, regarding the Solar & HVAC, it's true that Google ads work very well. - But how much are homeowners that filled up the form to become a lead, are ACTUALLY willing to pay? $6k or $10k max… Right? Or how much can we expect? (In our CI industry, with Google ads, average top-of-page bid for KWs go for around $11 - $14. So with $3000 budget, and a good LP, I'm looking at around 10 clicks per day.) PS, @Amanda Lenhardt, you can check out "Wipliance", which is another Washington based integration firm who are doing LinkedIn ads. I recently talked with Lee Travis (the owner), and he had good things to say about it, for both residential and commercial.

@Jérémie Mnr That's super interesting. What industry are your clients in?
CallRail vs Google call-tracking
Is it safe to say that the biggest advantage that CallRail has over Google's free solution is the fact that you can record calls? Are there any other big advantages that CallRail (or GoHighLevel) has that I'm missing? P.S. If I'm using "Call extension", do I get charged every time someone clicks on the ad, or every time they actually make the call?

@Amanda Lenhardt Yeah, this is exactly what I deduced to after my mini research. It's just that, originally, I was asking about the exact differences between the paid CallRail and the free Google call tracking, in context of local home service businesses generating leads through lead-forms on LPs. But getting the white labeled version of GHL, it almost reads criminal for some reason haha. But it surely is something I'll consider and recommend to my boss. Thanks a lot for writing back Amanda… I really appreciate it.
New Changes to RSAs

BUT WAIT, how does this part work - - "headline will now be eligible to show at the beginning of description lines" …?? Does it mean that certain Headlines will be shown along with the Description in those smaller fonts? That doesn't sound good, no bueno.
Is Maximize Clicks the best bid strategy for new accounts?
Hi All, How many of you start your campaigns in new Google Ads accounts with Maximize Clicks? If not, what do you choose? Also, what is your strategy for low volume campaigns?
