[FREE Training] - Default Day Checklist
You're only as good as your default day. When life happens, there is a saying that states, "you never rise to the level of your expectations, you fall to the level of your training." It's easy to do all the right things when there's no pressure. When your day is free of calls, meetings, and all the fires that need to be put out, it's easy to get in some self-care, eat right, and get a good workout in. But what happens when sh*t hits the fan? What's the first thing to go? Your workout? Your meditation? Eating right or remembering to drink water? It's important for your default day to be the fallback that keeps you moving forward. I made this checklist for a client recently, and thought I would share it with you guys in this community. I've made a little video training to go with it, and you can copy the document and save it for yourself. I hope it gives you an idea of how to make sure you cross the big rocks off the list so that when things go sideways, your default day will continue your forward momentum and flow in life, business, and relationships. Wow! I absolutely love this list! For me, most of the health things are already incorporated in to my day, but I have been slacking on the mindfulness and the meaningful connections. Actually to be honest, living in SA with European time zone, I also spend way too much time on screens close to bed time because of the time change. I will need to adjust that too! The part that I think has been missing for me is the Flow section. I have always felt such resistance to setting goals and also get distracted way to easily with my mind going so many places. I think a big needle shifter will be the time allocated for working on highest priority work UNDIStrACted! I find that I often don't know what my highest priority work is, so then everything becomes important and then it feels overwhelming and then I get nothing done properly. After my recent car accident, my brain feels like mush and the most difficult part is the concentration and focus. I am hopeful again since being in this community and my gratitude for today is having the resources here. Thank you very much Brandon!!! This has been an amazing check in to see where I get to shift my focus to and am excited to see the results and outcomes!

Thank you all so much for being here. My ultimate goal here is to serve you guys with the best free content possible to get your brains and bodies to optimal function so you can reach flow states in whatever you do more predictably and consistently. Very grateful to be here and learn more about flow.
