Why do Awards change SO much!?
I feel every time I look at the award it is different from the last. Should employers not be informed when changes take place? Especially when I have multiple awards covering my workplace, I feel like its always a moving target. How do you stay across these changes without living in these awards daily?

t's true Wayne. Rewards and recognition lacks consistency in many orgs. The managers play a balance game something like... There are 2 scenarios - I will not promote this person to the next level and rather I will give him/her a reward. Second scenario is I will promote this person so no reward is required. Instead my approach here would be we should metricise both promotions & rewards and have a clear communication on these lines. And keep checking the impact Y. O. Y
